Ling Lab Materials, Optics, and Device Enegineering for Semiconductor Technology (MODES)

Brayden joined MODES lab in 2025 Jan and has been developing a cost-effective semi-motorized transfer stage for 2D material flake isolation and placement, which integrates techniques such as Arduino programming for stepper motor control, PCB assembly for system integration, 3D printing for custom components, and GUI design for user-friendly operation.
